Chateau in baroque style built on the shores of a lake in Southern Bohemia. The lake has sand beaches and is used for recreation purposes. There is a park of 41 acres i.e. nearly 17 hectars belonging to the chateau. Floor area of the chateau is some 5000 sq. meters. The building is an impressive imperial castle that could become a VIP residence, headquarters for a multinational company or a conference centre. The chateau used to belong to the heir of the Austro-Hungarian throne Franz Ferdinand d´Este.
