For sale a chateau a few kilometres from the town of Klatovy, in the 17th century the chateau was rebuilt in Baroque style and in the 19th century it acquired its present appearance. The land of the castle is about 2.2 hectares. The built-up area of the land is 722 meters, the total floor area of both floors of the building is 930 m2. The building has been partially renovated. Most of the roofing has been replaced, an apartment of 210 m2 has been created on the ground floor. In addition, there are several living rooms with bathrooms on the second floor, which can be used for accommodation in its current state. Otherwise, however, most of the castle area is to be renovated. The photos in the appendix show the current state of the exterior of the building and the reconstructed living space on the ground floor. The last three photos show the castle a couple of years ago. The last one is a prewar historical photograph.

The chateau is connected to water, sewerage and electricity. There is gas on site, not connected to the building.
