Baroque chateau in central Bohemia to the south of Prague. The chateau is for sale together with very nice park of some 4 hectars. In the building there are 40 rooms. First floor has been refurbished, second floor not. Together with chateau stables and chapel are sold. After the first world war the chateau served as a residence of the President of Republic. Floor are of the chateau is 4 500 sq. m., total area of the plot of land is around 5 hectares. The representative halls are in reasonably good shape, rest needs full refurbishment. There is a small lake in the park, two water wells, it is connected to public sewerage cleaning station. There is a new roof cover made of natural slate stone.
