The 19th century castle with an area of 1000 m2 was reconstructed in 2017. The castle grounds are situated on its own 10 hectares of land and is about 10 minutes drive from the centre of the spa town of Karlovy Vary. In 2026 the Prague - Karlovy Vary expressway will be completed which will reduce the commute from Prague to one hour. The land is on a hill in the middle of nature, which guarantees full privacy. There is a fence around the plot, cameras and remote control gates.
The area is connected to electricity, water supply, sewerage and has its own wells. The mansion has three floors with a lookout tower. In the castle there are representative rooms, several kitchens, three bedrooms, several bathrooms, a study and a library with a fireplace, billiard room. The castle has a main entrance plus two service entrances. There is a cellar, terraces, heated floors, radiators, air conditioning. Ceiling height is at least 3.5 m.
Next to the castle there is a 300 m2 house with two floors and a cellar, built of high quality wood. The house has three bedrooms, bathrooms, study, kitchen, panoramic glazed terrace, sauna, fitness room with hydro massage, heated floors and radiators. There is also a caretaker's house on the premises. The other two houses are not finished inside. On the property there is also a garage, garden gazebos, a large pond with rare fish and an island with a Japanese-style bridge.
In case of interest, it is possible to add several two-storey houses. Part of the land measuring six hectares can be used for agriculture and agro-tourism, horse breeding, etc. The complex can serve either as a private residence or put to commercial use in the field of health, sports etc. The surrounding landscape is a recognized spa area of international importance with world-famous mineral springs.
