Originally a Gothic castle a few kilometres from the Cantabrian coastal resort of Santander. Its tower was rebuilt in the 16th century in Renaissance style into a country manor. The building is mostly made up of the stone walls of the castle tower. The stone walls are one metre thick, the massive wooden beams are preserved and some of the floors made of large stones are still there. There are fruit trees in the garden and hydrangeas in bloom. The building has an area of 535 square meters on five floors with an elevator, the plot measures 4,781 square meters. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, various salons and an observation room in the attic. The building is connected to the city gas pipeline, has two boilers for heating, its own well and is connected to the sewerage system. It is located on the shore of the sea bay near the town of Santander.
